Project Description

Passive Houses on Test Bench

  • Gebäudeleittechnik SPS

The new constructed Building of the Integrierte Gesamtschule Mühlenberg is one of the biggest passive houses in Germany. The innovative concept stresses not only a highly efficient bulding shell and de-central ventilation devices, but also an effective Quality Management. All relevant functions of the building, especially the central heating installations are checked through the synavision Test Bench in real operation with our Partner agency energydesign Braunschweig and synchronized exactly with the target data.
