syna.x is a secure cloud service and organizes the high-performance data storage of sensor and actuator data. There are no limits to the connectivity of our software. Whether it's data from the fire alarm system or locking systems, thanks to the configurable sandbox principle, any form of data can be processed on our platform.

With our intelligent plugins, new data formats can be integrated in less than two hours. This also allows you to centrally manage and intelligently analyze data sources such as weather data, conveyor technology and any other form of data on our platform.

The operating data from the building automation system can be transferred to syna.x via a configurable import. In most buildings, a corresponding data logger is already provided for this purpose. syna.x has a plug-in concept that takes your individual formats into account. The import and export of your data can thus be automated in a user-defined manner.

syna.x offers you a wide range of options for serving multiple and different users with the right content. For example, you can create different workspaces to individually decide who has access to which buildings. You can also use the configurable dashboards to decide who receives certain information and who has access to the specifications of your digital twin.

A particular highlight is the ability to invite your customers and clients to your building's workspace without a license, for example. This allows you to collaborate digitally and discuss and decide on important building operation specifications together.

Create your individual alarming concept with just a few clicks. Set limit values even for processed data such as the operating quality of a specific system function or for virtual data points that are particularly important to you. This allows you to configure additional alarms independently with little effort in addition to the building management system and react immediately.

With a special skill, the digital test bench can even be extended to automatically generate an alarm message in Microsoft Teams. If the value falls below a certain limit, the user is automatically informed of the data point's misbehavior in Microsoft Teams.

The monitored data points are listed in the “Teams Card” so that problematic data points can be quickly identified using a clear traffic light system.
